There is a better way to do business.

Step 1 - Discovery Process

Every business is different, from the owners to the staff, from industry to the market, business is ever evolving. KREA is interested in the whole journey, so we set aside 30 minutes for a FREE consultation, so we make sense to understand where you came from, to where you are now and how you see your future. This is the discovery process, it is how we uncover gems and add value.

Why should you book in for a free discovery call?

Rather than back and forth emails, it’s a more effective way to address any questions you might have. Furthermore:

  • It’s a one-on-one discussion that can be done over the phone, video conference or in person (depending on your location).
  • Allows us to make a clear-cut assessment on the needs of your business.
  • Helps you to gauge whether we are the right fit for you and that we can work together.

Where is the free consultation held?

It can be over the phone or via video conference if that is more convenient for you. Otherwise, we are happy to meet in person provided the location is no more than 30 km from Glenbrook Beach, Franklin, New Zealand.

What happens after the free consultation?

After our discussion, if you wish to engage us we send out our Recommendation report which guides us on the best way to help your business convert to better systems and processes.

Step 2 - Recommendation Report

With 20 proven years as an entrepreneur, we ensure your current system and processes provide a timely efficient and profitable application process. We will overview your current accounting system and recommend a tailored solution for your business.

Why take up a Recommendation Report?
The Recommendation report should be your first port of call. It’s an invaluable process that helps us define the needs of your business, allowing us to have a greater understanding to effectively approach those needs and ensure the best outcome.
We understand that no two businesses are the same and that there may be different requirements, budgets, and expectations that need to be delivered upon. Therefore, we assess each business on a case-by-case basis, resulting in a tailored and holistic approach towards the possibility of converting to cloud-based platforms.
What does the Recommendation report consist of?
It consists of three stages:

  • 3-hour meeting, where we will complete a detailed checklist pertaining to your daily processes and current operating systems
  • From the meeting we will analyse our findings and compile a detailed report outlining our recommendations
  • 2-hour meeting to discuss the findings of our report and to demo platforms that we recommend for your business
Who should be present for the Recommendation report?

We require all staff who can assist us with completing the checklist and who will also be utilising the new applications. Speaking with as many core staff members as possible will aid us a great deal in getting to the bottom of any issues to resolve.

What happens after the Recommendation report?
After our discussion of the report findings, we secure what implementations are to take place and seek to map out time frames for execution.

Step 3 - Implementation

We provide a professional plan, with a timeline showing clear expectations . We aim for a seamless implementation, low disruption, integrating with your current day to day system

How long will set-up and migration take?
This depends largely on which solutions are being implemented and how many solutions are being implemented. The process relies on us having the information we request made available and your team’s commitment to the project.

Who will be involved?
One to two key staff members will be involved in working with us to make the transition from old systems to new.

Step 4 - Overview & Training

Upon Implementation of the chosen software, KREA will discuss the features and ensure that the software is the most appropriate. If we need to make adjustments, we will advise and make changes. We understand that a system is only as good as it's operator. It is our duty to train the system operator to ensure that the system is being used to its full capacity. We offer extra training if required through our virtual meeting platform. Once the new systems are in place we will take you through the necessary training of your staff to give them adequate confidence in using the systems. We can do this on-site or over video conference depending on the application and business requirements.

How much training is included initially?
This varies depending on platforms we are implementing. Our proposal will outline the training requirements and inclusions. After the proposed training is executed, any additional training will be a further cost.

Can I purchase training on systems KREA has not implemented?
Yes, you can. Our approach is always to have a discussion and outline which areas you need assistance with. This service is on an hourly rate, please get in touch for more details.

Step 5 - Follow up & Support

We will follow up after 90 days and assess your new and improved system. We offer a series of Support Packages to assist you. These are on a monthly basis covering email and phone support.

Is there a minimum contract for support?
No. It is a month-to-month package that you can cancel at any time you feel you no longer require support. For all support enquiries please use enquiries@krea.co.nz
