Leah’s journey started in banking with Westpac moving quickly into consulting and team leadership by age 20. After seven solid years with the bank, Leah launched Julie O’ Glassware in 1998, making and manufacturing slumped glass products inspired by her mother Julie. After several successful years Leah sold up in 2005 and launched An Eye 4 Art Gallery in Manukau, where she partnered with an array of talented artists, promoting and selling their artwork along with her own.

​After 3 years of walking through the valley of financial hardship Leah took the gems she had learnt along the way and began to assist small businesses with their book keeping and LPD Bookkeeping began. Stirred on by a vision to see businesses thrive through education, efficiency and excellence, Leah set off to Auckland University of Technology in 2017, gathering more wisdom as she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting. KREA was birthed in 2018 to be the tool to bring financial understanding and confidence.
